A New Chapter for a National Favourite

Beloved dancer, Strictly Come Dancing host, and West End star Johannes Radebe is stepping into a new era. After three consecutive sold‑out UK and Ireland tours, Finally Home promises to be his most joyful and heartfelt show to date.

Packed with dazzling choreography, live vocals, spectacular costumes and Johannes’ unmistakable warmth, the production traces the music, memories and milestones that shaped his extraordinary journey—from ballroom classics to South African rhythms and iconic pop anthems.

2026 marked a landmark year for Johannes: he became a British citizen, made his West End debut, and fulfilled a lifelong dream by becoming host of Strictly Come Dancing. Yet one truth remains constant: Johannes was born to dance.

He says:

“People have been asking if I won't be dancing anymore... darling, I’m just getting started! Bringing this tour FINALLY HOME across the UK and Ireland is my way of saying thank you to everyone who has supported my journey. So come ready for joy, fun and celebration, because we’re bringing the biggest party to your town and I cannot wait to dance with you all!”

From Zamdela to the West End

Johannes’ story begins in Zamdela Sasolburg, where he fell in love with Ballroom and Latin at just seven years old. His talent took him across the world—from Italian cruise liners to Dancing With The Stars South Africa, and then to global tours with Burn The Floor.

In 2018, he joined the cast of Strictly Come Dancing, quickly becoming one of its most celebrated stars. His groundbreaking partnership with John Whaite in 2021 reached the series final and earned multiple awards, including Media Moment of the Year at the LGBT Awards and the Game Changer Award at the Attitude Awards.

Johannes’ creative reach continues to expand:

  • His debut solo tours Freedom and Freedom Unleashed sold out nationwide.

  • His 2024 show House of JoJo filled theatres across the UK, including two nights at the London Palladium.

  • He made his film choreography debut with Pretty Red Dress and co‑produced the Olivier‑nominated A Strange Loop.

  • His memoir Jojo: Finally Home became a Sunday Times bestseller and is now being adapted for film.

  • In 2025, he made his musical theatre debut as Lola in Kinky Boots, now in its final weeks at the London Coliseum.
